Which phones is Smartzem compatible with?
Smartzem is designed to work seamlessly with most modern smartphones. It is fully compatible with both iOS (iPhone) and Android devices. You just need to download our free app (see manual) to easily pair the watch and sync your data and notifications.

How long is the delivery time?
We process your order within 24 hours. Standard delivery time is usually 1-3 business days after your order has been shipped. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as the package leaves our warehouse, so you can easily follow your shipment.

Do you have an open purchase or warranty?
Absolutely. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the day you receive your watch, so you can try it out in peace. In addition, Smartzem comes with a 1-year full warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. We stand behind our product!
